My name is Kayleigh, and I am here to provide you with the support you need to in order to get the most out of each days work.

My story is centred within the hospitality management industry, where no two days were the same and juggling plates was as much a metaphor as it was part of the day job.
​
I have had the pleasure of being responsible for some wonderful businesses and projects over the last 15years giving me a wealth of experience. But what I would say has been the key to my successes along the way is my authentic approach and my ability to nurture relationships with people in all capacities. Working collaboratively will always bring out the best results. And my personal aim now is to work more closely within my community to support our local businesses to work SMARTER and free up their time to focus on what they do best.

I'm a disciplined self-starter, and I truly thrive under pressure! Working for different clients means I have to be able to work dynamically and always think ahead. Working efficiently will bring us both success!
